Colette Bishop is a photographer based out of St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. Growing up in Labrador, beauty was all around her- the crisp snow, the Aurora Borealis, even the iron ore dust glittering in the sunlight. She started experimenting with photography in 2006 while living in Nova Scotia, having been inspired by her surroundings and her Dad's photography. Colette incorporates nature as her backdrop and mainly shoots her portraits outdoors. Her work celebrates natural beauty, both of the world and the people who live in it.
